The Genocide Convention and the ICJ: Further developments
In the first 68 years of being in force, the Genocide Convention was only the subject of three cases before the ICJ. In the last four and half years, this has changed dramatically: with four new cases brought against four new States. These cases - brought by The Gambia, Ukraine, South Africa and Nicaragua - raise a number of legal issues, have given rise to the most number of third party interventions ever seen in the ICJ, and advance understandings of many issues including construction of the Genocide Convention and the powers of the Court to order provisional measures.
This webinar was presented on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

    The government of the United States doesn't consider this treaty legally binding because it is committing genocide on its own citizens and wants to avoid a monetary fine. How long will this be allowed to go on??! Or is it really a myth that ANYONE really wants stop genocide and all this talk is just for fun.

    They get away with it because the Queens have claimed legal ownership of any lands that they considered conquered then proceed to change the landscape in order to claim "ownership" due to it now being their creation. Nothing created in nature can be patented, copyrighted or owned unless it is your own creation. Many of these toxic site are sold to private owners then made into Recreational parks leaving families exposed to toxins and mining debris that lead to diseases like cancer, birth defects and other degenerative diseases. This and other mining excavation cooperations are destroying the world and the elements of the periodic table that makes the earth/land healthy. Today areas where the sources are untapped are being cleared by engineered deforestation blaming global warming merely to turn over to these cooperations to harvest the earths sources. Look these things up and you will learn that those lords in the Bible lead back to Englands hierarchy's pathological determination to continue to control the world by controlling all the resources like water, food, shelter, energy, fuel and medicine. All roads lead to Rome... follow the trail. Each government is controlled from London oligarchs.

    I have been tracking Rio Tinto and its affiliates, conglomerates, subsidiary's and partnerships for years now and they have DIRECT ties to the so called ROYAL families who live off of the land stolen from all indigenous peoples across the world. This corporation is centrally controlled by Londons World/Globally appointed KNIGHTS of ENGLAND. They have been playing Master over the entire world in cooperation with Royal families from Spain, Germany, Switzerland and The Vatican. It's all a farce, to appear as if the native peoples have a say but the contract themselves are written in order to retain complete control between Rio Tinto and the appointed Prime ministers by the English. Every CEO of Rio Tinto is a KNIGHTED by the Queen ergo the term Queensland. Now what is England doing stealing Australian Aboriginal sources...?

Changes human centredness evident in UNCLOS... conceptualising oceans as resource for humans. A too limited framework, more of the same, human activity is evidentially impacting oceans - extraction/exploitation outcomes incl habitat destruction, global/ocean warming, species extinction. Misrepresenting Conch Republic pretty badly at 27:20 . Passports are sold as souvenirs in Key West (an island in Florida, USA). However, the Conch Republic had brief political power -- federal law enforcement set up a checkpoint to search for drugs that interfered with tourism and daily life. The mayor of Key West seceded, declared war, surrendered, and applied for foreign aid funding. The feds removed the checkpoint, life returned to normal, and Conch Republic merch made its way to the tourist shops.

    Interesting discussion, thank you for the presentation. A few things to add to this broad topic... Here in the United States, a legal process has brought about a path to micronation/microstate foundation quite different than the typical declarations of the past. Perhaps other formalized nations have openings within their veils as well, only research will tell. I’ve adjoined to an adjudicated beneficiary contract award with the United States that formally recognizes my individual jurisdiction (important milestone). I am to be negotiating a land patent fee simple absolute which will be removed from the federal land registry (Under my jurisdiction this independent territory effectively becomes a United States recognized foreign zone). The taxation requirement to the United States has been dissolved by their agreement, solidifying it as a nonissue. Of course there are a myriad of connections to be worked through such as energy distribution, banking, security, diplomacy, law enforcement, territorial waters, earthly resources such as (water, gas, minerals, wildlife, airspace etc...). I don’t profess to have all the answers but I’m fully aware of my status and standing. The age of small nation states is rightfully here. The United States placed itself in this position through oppressive actions and wise inhabitants seeking indemnified resolutions. The acceptance presented as “tacit acquiescence” is an important one. It may not hold valid in every situation however in the path I chose it was undisputed. The United States chose not to attend a hearing where they faced 573 points of contention. This is similar to a divorce proceeding that you choose not to attend... it will move forward with binding consequences, most often with detrimental results to the absent party. Once the award was issued, the United States again had the opportunity to dispute or vacate any controversy... they forewent the legal options and their silence surpassed the threshold of denial into acceptance. My micronation was founded on 01 September, 2020. I await a United States that holds the capacity to enter into diplomatic relations. The current iteration is a fraudulent shadow system incapable of national decision making (will become more visible soon, if not obvious now). My family and I represent a Kingdom and truthfully hope to establish a Constitutional Republic in the future as growth occurs. There are a million nuances to nation-building beyond the capacity of a single sovereign’s abilities to anticipate. I am currently looking at an open border situation without visa requirements however the obverse will hold difficult therefore requiring travel documentation. Depending on the outcome of the United States, perhaps a protectorate situation may present itself simulating a quasi-statehood, I’m not sure. Anyhow, just thought I’d drop a thought or two and thank everyone for discussing the elephant in the room. Best wishes and God bless.

    See in Bloomberg: "Homegrown Indian Covid Vaccine Already in Use Shows 78% Efficacy." The Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution reads as follows: “Nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." Thus, the transfer of vaccine technology that is being demanded is of the new mRNA technology. Simplify this and assume what the Moderna, two-shot vaccine would be worth if it were the only vaccine to thereby estimate the value of all of the vaccines: if you think about it, since the world's entire population will have to be vaccinated, even if each vaccine were sold for just $20 per shot, because most would need to be re-vaccinated with two or three more shots after the initial two vaccine shots due to the variants and due to immunity loss, with a world population of 7.9 billion the expected base value to Moderna of these vaccines would be worth in total the following: 7.9 billion times $20 times 4 shots or $632 BILLION. Additionally, the mRNA technology that would also have to be transferred to enable other countries to make the mRNA Covid 19 vaccines might later be able to cure cancer, etc. so that technology would probably be worth multiples of that amount. The US government would have to pay Moderna and the other vaccine manufacturers trillions of dollars in “just compensation” for the vaccines if it took the technology to make them, etc., away from them. Could the US just give away TRILLIONS of dollars to other countries? Also, any new mRNA vaccines would not arrive for nearly a year, because if the mRNA technology were transferred to the poorer nations with pharmaceutical facilities requesting such transfer, namely China and India, it would take at least that long for their facilities to acquire the equipment, train the technicians, build the processing plants, etc., to create safe vaccines then to test them to verify that they really were safe and then to test that they were effective. The CCP's Sinovac vaccine has a world-wide reputation as dangerous garbage because these latter steps were not taken. India already is producing good Covid 19 vaccines but just not enough of them yet and has the technology and equipment set up to do so, so those existing, homegrown vaccines should just be produced in more and more factories instead of transferring to them a totally new technology, which would only take up the places of production and delay production that they could now otherwise use to produce their known, effective, existing vaccines. Thus, the claims of the CCP and others to get this technology gifted to them for free by using the pandemic panic are shown to be specious. I suspect that what we are seeing here is a sneaky effort by the pharmaceutical manufacturers of other countries like China to obtain a free transfer to them of the West's mRNA technology that was obtained at the cost of billions and billions of dollars in investment for over twenty years for free. As of now, the fastest way to make vaccines that will arrive within the next few months is to make them in the existing Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Indian, (etc.) plants and scale those up. That is already occurring.

    Can these experimental gene altering compounds be classed as "Vaccines" as none of them qualify as a "Vaccines" as they have stated that they do not stop transmission and don't claim that you will have immunity. Definition of a"Vaccine" is to provide immunity and stop transmission is it not?

    • @gww5385
      @gww5385 3 года назад

      Agreed. At present their only claim is they appear to reduce the severity of symptoms, but not in mild to moderate cases! Imo this overly hyped jab will soon become the norm for most adults from now on. A regular and up to date gene therapy for the masses. How the 'vaccine' is tweeked is an almost infinite choice for the PTB.

      Dr David Martin.... you may want to google WHO he actually is then read what he has to say about the covid vaccine before you all rush to have one thinking you’re clever... He said...." Let’s make sure we are clear… This is not a vaccine. They are using the term “vaccine” to sneak this thing under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine." "This is mRNA packaged in a fat envelope that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator. It is not a vaccine. Vaccines actually are a legally defined term under public health law; they are a legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards.[1] And the vaccine specifically has to stimulate both the immunity within the person receiving it and it also has to disrupt transmission. And that is not what this is. They (Moderna and Pfizer) have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell is not to stop the transmission, it is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of public health authorities because then people would say, “What other treatments are there?” The use of the term vaccine is unconscionable for both the legal definition and also it is actually the sucker punch to open and free discourse… Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARSCOV2. If we said we are going to give people prophylactic chemotherapy for the cancer they don’t yet have, we’d be laughed out of the room because it’s a stupid idea. That’s exactly what this is. This is a mechanical device in the form of a very small package of technology that is being inserted into the human system to activate the cell to become a pathogen manufacturing site. And I refuse to stipulate in any conversations that this is in fact a vaccine issue. The only reason why the term is being used is to abuse the 1905 Jacobson case that has been misrepresented since it was written. And if we were honest with this, we would actually call it what it is: it is a chemical pathogen device that is actually meant to unleash a chemical pathogen production action within a cell. It is a medical device, not a drug because it meets the CDRH definition of a device. It is not a living system, it is not a biologic system, it is a physical technology - it happens to just come in the size of a molecular package. So, we need to be really clear on making sure we don’t fall for their game. Because their game is if we talk about it as a vaccine then we are going to get into a vaccine conversation but this is not, by their own admission, a vaccine. As a result it must be clear to everyone listening that we will not fall for this failed definition just like we will not fall for their industrial chemical definition of health. Both of them are functionally flawed and are an implicit violation of the legal construct that is being exploited. I get frustrated when I hear activists and lawyers say, “we are going to fight the vaccine”. If you stipulate it’s a vaccine you’ve already lost the battle. It’s not a vaccine. It is made to make you sick. 80% of the people exposed to SARSCOV2 are asymptomatic carriers. 80% of people who get this injected into them experience a clinical adverse event. You are getting injected with a chemical substance to induce illness, not to induce an immuno-transmissive response. In other words, nothing about this is going to stop you from transmitting anything. This is about getting you sick and having your own cells be the thing that get you sick. When the paymaster for the distribution of information happens to be the industry that’s doing the distributing, we lose. Because the only narrative is the one that will be compensated by the people writing the check. That goes for our politicians… and our media - it has been paid for - if you follow the money you realize there is no non-conflicted voice on any network." - Dr. David Martin, Jan 5th 2021,
